TESTBED2

A gathering place for artists and creatives in Chongqing.

TESTBED2 is a place full of artistic vibes. Originally the central bank’s printing factory during the Republic of China era, it was later renamed Chongqing Printing No. 2 Factory. In 2016, designers transformed it into a cultural and creative park, making it one of Chongqing’s artistic landmarks.

TESTBED2 retains the architectural style of the original old factory. Its weathered walls and numerous steel staircases create a striking look. Inside, you’ll find art galleries, artists’ studios, designers, and creative restaurants, all with a strong artistic flair. The powerful visual contrast between the old and the modern, along with the blend of industrial and fashionable elements, creates a unique overall aesthetic here.

Chongqing's TESTBED2 is definitely a unique place with plenty of great photo opportunities and many artistic, retro elements that make for beautiful shots. There are also quite a few shops here, but that's about it.
wahahahaha
I happened to visit here during the holiday, and it was really crowded—there were people everywhere, and you had to wait to take photos. If you like creative little trinkets, you might enjoy browsing here. Personally, I’m not into what young people like, and I felt like there wasn't much to see—just a place to take pictures. I walked around a bit and then left mainly because it was too crowded.
